wheels deploy lock release

Manually release the deploy lock. Use when a crashed deploy left the lock stuck.

Caution

Releasing a lock held by an active deploy on another machine causes that deploy to fail when it tries to release a lock it no longer holds. Always run lock status first.

--dry-run	Print the command without executing.

Behavior

Emits rm -f /tmp/kamal_deploy_lock_<service> on every host. The lock is per service and lives at the same path on each host.
